Valuance AI provides site survey, technology assessment, deployment execution, and project management services to organizations and technology partners. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and in the course of delivering an engagement, and how we handle it.

When you contact us through this site we collect the details you submit — name, work email, organization, the number of locations involved, the services you are interested in, and whatever you tell us about the work.

We collect basic technical information when you browse the site — pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type. We use it to understand which content is useful and to keep the site secure.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell browsing data.

Delivering a deployment means handling information about your locations: site conditions, existing equipment, photographs of work areas, access arrangements, and on-site contacts. We treat this as your confidential information.

We use information to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver engagements, coordinate field resources, produce project documentation, invoice for completed work, meet legal and contractual obligations, and improve our own delivery processes.

We use AI-enabled tools inside our own delivery process to organize field information, check it against requirements, and produce consistent documentation. Outputs are reviewed by our team before they are relied upon or issued to a customer.

Customer and project information is not used to train publicly available AI models. Where a third-party service is used for processing, it is bound by contract to confidentiality and no-training terms.

We share information only with: field resources and subcontractors performing the work; partners on whose behalf an engagement is delivered; service providers who support our operations; and authorities where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Project records are retained for the period required by the engagement, contractual obligations, and applicable law, then deleted or archived. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices to systems holding customer information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
